Rachael is a qualified Myotherapist with almost 20 years experience and founder of Muscle Needs Myotherapy in Eaglemont.
Myotherapy focuses on the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of pain associated with musculoskeletal conditions.
Using a combination of hands on treatment techniques including; deep tissue massage, myofascial stretching, cupping, trigger point dry needling and corrective & rehabilitative exercise, Rachael will help you to feel better and restore pain-free movement.
Rachael has a passion for outdoor adventures (including mountain biking, hiking & camping) and working in her veggie garden.
She is available at Wadambuk community centre on Fridays.

Chloe Sutton
Mental Health Practitioner/Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
Chloe has worked in mental health settings with individuals, couples and families across the lifespan for the last 12 years. She has an interest in working with young people from the teen years through to early adulthood (12-25 years) and supporting parents through the challenges of parenthood.
Her approach is warm, collaborative and authentic. She hopes to co-create a safe space where clients can feel at ease to make sense of their stories together. Chloe is trained in various approaches including CAT, CBT and ACT, and tailors' therapy to the needs of each individual. Chloe brings a unique perspective to her work by drawing on her own lived experience of mental health challenges and that of being a carer. This background allows Chloe to offer insights and understanding that go beyond professional knowledge.
Chloe is a LGBTQIA+ friendly practitioner and welcomes anyone of gender or sexuality diversity. Chloe is also passionate about clinical supervision and provides this to other helping professionals.
