Sally Hicks is the founder of Mind & Motion Myotherapy, Pilates and Yoga. Sally combines her experience in sports medecine, Pilates, Yoga and manual therapies to form her unique and effective approach to pain management and prevention by restoring functional movement patterns. Sally holds a Bachelor of Health Science in both Clinical Myotherapy and Health Promotion/Psychology. She has a Diploma of Clinical Pilates and has completed the Stott Pilates Instructor Training and is also a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher.

Tai Chi, often described as a moving meditation, has many established benefits for mind and body. As well as promoting mental tranquility, Tai Chi is satisfying to learn, protects and mobilises joints, improves balance and the functioning of heart, lungs and immune system. It assists in maintaining bone density and muscle health. These classes are designed for both the short and the long term student.

The Older Adults Strength Based class with Amy is aimed at older adults of all abilities. If you're new to class exercise or a regular come along and join in the fun. You will be building your muscular strength along with practicing balance and improving agility.
Fridays 10 am to 11 am weekly
Dance based class designed for older adults however will provide a good workout for all ages.

Yoga and Mindfulness helps to improve focus, mobility and develop self-awareness. In these classes we practice Hatha Yoga which involves exploration of breath, postures and meditation to nourish overall wellbeing.
These classes have a particular focus on relaxation, and practices to reduce stress and anxiety. All of our classes aim to be inclusive and allow you the space to be as you need to be.
This 60 minute class includes relaxation and breathing practices to calm the mind and ease away tension.
About your instructor:
Reika provides a safe and encouraging space to connect with body, breath and mind, has completed her Hatha Yoga 300hr Teacher Training Diploma with Bhava Yoga and Dance. Classes include Yoga Nidra (Relaxation Meditation), Pranayama (Breathing Techniques), Asana (Physical Postures) and Meditation. Creating a space to quiet the mind, open the heart, and connect with self.
Art & Craft
1 pm to 4 pm Thursdays weekly
Come for Craft, coffee and a chat. Bring along whatever you're working on or start something new. Come and share your ideas for new courses and projects, share your skills. We have a sewing machine and some knitting and quilting supplies for use.
