Whether you're looking for a fitness class, creative outlet, or a chance to relax and recharge, there's something for everyone. Please note that on Total Fire Ban days, the Centre will be closed, and all activities will be cancelled.

Suitable for all abilities, fitness levels, and ages, these classes aim to increase muscle tone, flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination, while helping to improve posture and manage stress. These classes are also excellent for injury rehabilitation.

Sally Hicks is the founder of Mind & Motion, blending her expertise in sports medicine, Pilates, yoga, and manual therapies to create effective approaches to pain management and prevention. Sally holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Myotherapy and Health Promotion/Psychology. She is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher and offers a unique approach to restoring functional movement.
Strength Training with Amy

St Andrews Food & Plant Swap
Sundays monthly (generally the 3rd Sunday of each month)
Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am (generally the third Sunday of each month)
Join fellow gardeners to share excess garden produce, plants, seeds, and preserves. No garden produce? Bring some baked goods, cuttings, or old jars. Everyone is welcome to participate in this fun and informal community event.
